How Our Executive Team Is Different

Tom has been the CEO at MBMS since 2004, overseeing the company with a leadership approach that focuses on process, performance, and innovation. With an engineering degree from Bucknell University, Tom’s prior experiences at Fortune 100 firms such as Proctor and Gamble has allowed MBMS to reach the highest level of patient satisfaction and billing performance in the industry. He remains heavily involved with the day-to-day operations at MBMS.
Since 2000, Tischa has worked every aspect of MBMS’s day-to-day billing process on her way to becoming Chief Operating Officer, a position that includes overseeing the entire client services organization as well as other MBMS key departments. Tischa’s philosophy is that dedicated billing teams focused on individual MBMS client accounts produces the highest level of accountability and performance.
Jodi joined MBMS in 1999. Jodi has worked every aspect of MBMS’s day-to-day billing process on her way to becoming Chief Client Service Officer, a position that includes overseeing the entire client services organization. Jodi has been with MBMS since 1999.
Since joining MBMS in 1998, Michaele has worked every aspect of MBMS’s day-to-day billing process before assuming the role of Executive Vice President of Implementation.
Cassandra joined MBMS in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience as it relates to many different specialties and operational structures; including hospital-based billing, physician practices, home health and hospice. She received her B.S. in Healthcare Science from Alvernia University. As the Vice President of Client Service, Cassandra is responsible for providing client oversight and operational management and leadership to help ensure the growth, development, and success of our clients.
Jason joined MBMS in 2011, bringing more than 20 years of practice management and consulting experience to the company. Jason oversees a team of practice managers that focus on determining the impact of how local and national regulations can affect an anesthesia and pain management practice’s bottom line. He consistently keeps a pulse on the business of anesthesia and pain management through involvement with groups including ASA, MGMA, and AIAPM. Jason holds a B.S. in Finance from Southern Connecticut State University and an MBA in Finance from Quinnipiac University.
Steven started with MBMS in 1992, and is the author of MBMS’s billing platform, Resolve™, and he and his team of developers and programmers maintain and continually enhance Resolve™. Additionally, his team supports and develop hundreds of custom interfaces and custom reporting platforms for MBMS’s clients.
Tom joined MBMS in 2019 and brings with him more than 25 years of diverse experience in information technology, cybersecurity, consulting, and healthcare. His position includes overseeing the team responsible for MBMS’s cybersecurity program. He also works closely with each MBMS department to ensure that MBMS compliance standards are met.
Laurie joined MBMS in 1996 and currently oversees the Client Development and Support team. As a Certified Project Manager, Laurie and her team focus solely on onboarding new clients by creating detailed guidelines and by interfacing with key MBMS personnel to ensure a smooth and seamless transition process to MBMS.
Matt joined MBMS in 2008 and as the leader of MBMS’s sales and marketing team, Matt has played the primary role in organizing and developing the company’s approach to sales and marketing. Matt received his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Delaware.

Alice started with MBMS in 1997 and has held numerous positions in the company since advancing to her current role of Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management in 2021. With extensive company background and years of management-level leadership, Alice continues to play an important role in identifying and growing MBMS account service managers across our many regional offices. Alice has a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University.
Lisa joined MBMS in 2000 and has held numerous positions within the company before advancing to her current role of Senior Regional Vice President. Lisa provides account management services to clients with continued focus in the area of ongoing physician education. Lisa has a degree in Health Information Technology from The South Hills School of Business and Technology.
Michele joined MBMS in 2011 after managing a practice’s internal billing operation for six years. In total, Michele has over 21 years of billing and account services experience; including working for other revenue cycle management companies. Michele has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rider University.
Heather Beach joined MBMS as Regional Vice President in 2019, bringing with her nearly 20 years of management experience. She received her BA in Business Management from Rowan University.
Jenna joined MBMS in 2007 and has held numerous positions at the company since becoming a Senior Regional Vice President in 2021. Jenna remains closely involved with our internal development teams in order to find new and unique ways to optimize the MBMS billing process.
Paula joined MBMS in December 2010 after managing a practice’s internal billing operation for over 24 years. She has held numerous roles at MBMS before becoming a Regional Vice President in 2019. Paula utilizes her extensive billing knowledge to support her clients and particularly enjoys developing and supporting MBMS’s less tenured core of managers.
Stacy joined MBMS in 2000 and has held numerous positions, including Billing Administrator and Assistant Regional Vice President, before advancing to a Regional Vice President role in 2023. She utilizes her knowledge of billing to manage her clients successfully and direct her team.
Alyssa joined MBMS in 2016 and has held numerous positions at the company since advancing to her current role of Regional Vice President in 2023. Alyssa utilizes her comprehensive knowledge of the MBMS billing processes to provide account management services to clients and promote further development of her teams. Alyssa has a degree in Health Information Technology from The South Hills School of Business and Technology.
Brynn joined MBMS in 2016 and has worked in many positions, including Billing Administrator and Client Service Liaison, before moving into her current role of Regional Vice President. She has used her knowledge and experience to enhance operational efficiencies and ensure timely payment collections for our clients.
Amanda joined MBMS in June of 2023 with over 17 years of Provider Enrollment and Credentialing experience. Previously, Amanda oversaw the provider enrollment and facility payor enrollment for over 3,000 physicians and over 12 hospitals at Orlando Health. As the Vice President of Provider Enrollment, Amanda is responsible for overseeing the MBMS Credentialing Department to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our clients with payor enrollment.
Lauryn has been with MBMS since 2010 and since joining the company, has remained focused on improving day-to-day workflow and billing processes. Since transitioning to Director of Process Optimization, Lauryn now oversees and further develops MBMS’s standards in processes, policies, and initiatives while working closely with all the levels of MBMS leadership including our billing specialists.
Rachel joined MBMS in 2007, working in many positions in the company while advancing to her current role as VP of Business Operations. Using the experience and knowledge she has gained throughout her employment, she works closely with MBMS executive leadership to monitor operational and production processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Tyler joined MBMS in 2015 as a Healthcare Analyst and has since become MBMS’s Vice President of Client Operations. As Vice President of Client Operations, Tyler works closely with the executive team, development/systems team, client service department, and our clients to provide leadership, management, and reporting support across the organization. Tyler received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairmont State University and his Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University. Tyler is an active member of the Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA).
